Enjoy your gobblin' after an AMAZING 5k this Thanksgiving. Come join us for the annual Turkey Trot 5K in Arlington. The course is a mix of trails, roads, and gravel, sure to make lots of room for the feasting to come.
There will be, t-shirts, music, and amazing food for the first 400 paid participants.
Start a new tradition this year. Get the turkey in the oven early, come wobble it out for a fun 5K, and enjoy your gobblin' for the rest of the day. Aside from that, the Grocery Outlet will be open in the morning to provide bathrooms and any last-minute shopping needs. We're so THANKFUL for the amazing group of people that join us for this special event every year, celebrating all that we have as a community to be grateful for. We would love for you to be a part of it, too!
This year we are going to be featuring fresh-from-the-bakery prizes from our favorite local bakery Hammond Bread Company! We will be giving out 12 prizes for:
First, Second and Third place Male and Female Finishers
3 trays for BEST DRESSED
First one to finish pushing a STROLLER (we love that you're setting an example for those little ones early on!)
First UNDER 11 finisher!
And one random participant chosen by our race directors who we find most encouraging or inspirational!
Proceeds of this event go to Salt of the Earth Food Blessing!
Event details and schedule
Packet pickup starts at 7:00 a.m. 11/28/2022 inside the Arlington Grocery Outlet 123 E Burke Ave Arlington WA, 98223. The race begins at 8 am!
Kids aged 11 and under with participating adults are invited to run for free.
This course is a 5K out and back starting in Arlington Grocery Outlet Parking lot, the course heads north into Haller Park, through Haller Park to Eagle Trail, through Eagle Trail, then right on Dike road until the turn around spot and water station. From there the course returns back on the same course.
